He holds an MSc in Safety and Risk Management from the University of Strathclyde and an Executive MBA from the American University in Cairo. Following extensive research on the Egyptian market, Scott identified a significant opportunity to introduce competition and transparency in the B2B procurement space. Now focused on entrepreneurship, he leverages his operational expertise to drive BlinkS forward, supporting platform performance and preparing for regional expansion.

Karim Michel

With a robust background in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as a Cluster Procurement Business Partner at Imperial Brands, Karim is at the forefront of driving procurement excellence across diverse regions. He has led the procurement function for the GCC region in the indirect field at renowned organizations such as PepsiCo, Mars, and Amazon. In 2023, he joined Imperial Brands, where he now manages the indirect procurement for Asia, the Middle East, and Turkey, covering both factories and markets.
