BlinkS does not offer refunds or partial refunds for canceled memberships. Users will retain access to all subscription features until the end of the paid period.
To avoid charges for the next renewal period, users must cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date. This allows sufficient time to process cancellations and prevent future billing.
After cancellation, users can continue using their BlinkS membership until the end of the current billing period. No charges will be applied for future billing periods post-cancellation.

BlinkS facilitates connections between buyers and suppliers for business supplies. We do not manage purchase orders or contracts, nor are we responsible for payment agreements between parties.
BlinkS is not liable for any disputes regarding delivery terms or timeframes. These matters are outside the scope of BlinkS's responsibilities.
BlinkS's role is limited to hosting tenders and facilitating e-auctions. We do not manage ordering, provide goods, or guarantee the quality or delivery of goods.
BlinkS is not liable for any issues related to the goods or services procured through our platform, including defects, non-delivery, or misrepresentation by suppliers.
Any disputes between buyers and suppliers must be resolved directly between the parties involved. BlinkS does not mediate or resolve disputes but may facilitate communication.
Users agree to indemnify and hold BlinkS harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the platform.
BlinkS does not make any warranties or representations regarding the goods or services listed on our platform.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All related disputes will be resolved under UAE law.
